The ticket purchasing is easy and the experience onsite is the exact same as in person if you choose to avoid any fees from booking on their website. The movie watching experience was what you would hope for in a nice theater. The reclining seats worked well and were in good condition.

Great experience at this theater! We came to watch Jurassic World: Rebirth, and everything from start to finish was excellent. The seating was super comfortable — spacious, clean, and perfect for enjoying a movie like this. The food service was quick, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Jackelyn, the young lady who greeted us at the entrance. She was welcoming, professional, and really set the tone for a great night. We’ll definitely be coming back. I’ve been coming to this theater for a long time now and through the years the quality has gone down. The theater is so dirty. I lifted up the arm rest and there was a pile of popcorn and the chairs were full of grease. My server was very nice but the service is incredibly slow. I got to the theater 30 minutes early and I received my beer and popcorn like 30 minutes into the movie. I then ordered another round of beers from a different waiter and she completely forgot to put in the order. So after another 20 minutes my actual waiter came by and we ordered the beer. After some time, I saw someone take my beers to the people in front of me and he ended up taking them back. The team seems disorganized and they lack communication. I finally received my beers with 15 minutes left of the movie. I was also very annoyed because I never use the bathroom during movies but I really had to go and the bathroom right next to my theater was out of service so I had to walk all the way to the front entrance for the bathroom. The bathrooms are disgusting. They smell of urine and there was toilet paper all over the floor. All the soap dispensers were empty and there wasn’t any paper towel. I don’t think I will be coming back to this theater anymore. It used to be way better back in the day.

I recently visited Cinépolis for the first time with my daughter and a friend. The theater itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere felt upscale. The movie quality, visuals and surround sound was great. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the ambiance and might not return. The bathrooms were in poor condition: clogged sinks, paper towels on the floor, toilet were gross and trash bins that hadn’t been emptied. For a place that markets itself as a premium experience, that was a big letdown. When it came to food and service, things went downhill quickly. Even though we arrived early (first ones in the theater), the server warned us upfront that service would be slow. She told us to press the call button before we ran low on anything because it would take a while to respond. That wasn’t exactly reassuring—and it turned out to be accurate. As for the food: • The chicken wings were salty, dry, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. It was even cold. Definitely not fresh • The fries were cold and not crunchy at all • The popcorn was a major disappointment. It tasted stale, like it had been popped hours earlier and came to us cold. I’d expect warm popcorn. For how pricey the food is - it felt like gas station food or microwaved food. I spent over $65 for just my daughter and I. I’d expect for the food to be at least good. Lastly the seats and theater need to be cleaned better. The pull out trays were greasy and peoples checks were still sitting on the side. I got there 30 minutes early so they had more than enough time to clean properly. For the price point and the brand’s reputation, I expected much better. The only standout was the movie itself—but when you’re paying for a premium dine-in experience, every part should feel worth it. They market themselves as a luxury movie theater and the only thing that was luxury was the location and seats.

Great idea, poorly executed. Theater and seats were good. Even my food was better than expected, ordered nachos and the portion was better than I anticipated for an appetizer. However the service, 1 star. We got there 30mins before movie started to order food and not be interrupted during the film. My food arrived fairly quick, but we waited 45mins for my friends food to arrive, and nothing. I pressed the service button to get a refill and ask about the missing food. We were told that it was accidently given to someone else and that they had to make another. Mistakes happen, fine. After even more waiting, they arrived with food but not the correct food. Again they mistakenly gave away someone else's food. I thought I noticed the people sitting next to us receive and return a bowl that must've been ours. Anyway, told my friend not to touch it as it wasn't hers (she's vegetarian) and had to get their attention again. Mind you the entire time and for the rest of the movie, I never got the refill I asked for. I spoke to 3 different servers and it never came. My refills kept going to the people next to us, I only found out after the movie was over😒 Spent $90 on food, the least they can do is make sure it goes to the right person. Popcorn was subpar and I don't care how "nice" an establishment is, $9 for a water is robbery. I'd suggest eating elsewhere but that's kind of the point of going to a place like this. Food is meant to be brought to you and part of the experience, and they fundamentally failed at providing a good service. Aside from that, the parking is a maze/mess. Would love to rate this higher but 2 stars already seems generous.
