Took awhile to get around to writing this but I bought tickets for valentines as a last minute gift for my fiancé and I. I chose this because I was going to use this opportunity to give him his engagement ring and the cruise honestly ruined the whole experience. Appetizers ordered never came, the couple next to us was supposed to get complimentary champagne and didn't have anyone even ask if they wanted water for over an hour, it wasn't until I brought it to the attention of the staff that they began to service them. We were seated right by an exit door in a cramped space, DJ was sub par at best and when asked if would take a song request he said he would put my song on which was going to be my Segway into giving my partner his ring. The song never played. All in all it felt like a shitty high school prom and for the price I would've been better of keeping my money and just proposing to him at home like I ended up doing. Still paying off for an experience I absolutely hated.

I called ahead to check the time they sail usually. The lady on the phone told me that they are closed for private event. However, we were so close, so we just passed by. They were open, but waiting for group of ten or more to leave. So, for sure, there was a misunderstanding somehow on the Phone. The employees at the office, and on the cruise are so friendly, professional and welcoming. We had great time. It was a little bit cold beginning of March, so I decided to stay indoor. Great guide, and nice narration.
