Our experience started with meeting Wendel outside the Adolphus Hotel. He walked us up to the restaurant where Maria was introduced as our waitress. She took great care of us and then Rodriguez, the Manager, dropped by to check on us too. The food was outstanding and the ambiance was calming. Quiet background music, rather than the pounding stuff at most restaurants. Later, as we were leaving, Rodriguez showed us around the hotel. Highly recommended!!

Located inside the gorgeous Adolphus Hotel in the heart of downtown Dallas, TX, the City Hall Bistro is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch. The restaurant has a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere which boasts clean tables, comfortable seating and 5-star service. There are plenty of menu options to choose from including delightful desserts and tasty cocktails. Everything we had was absolutely fresh and delicious and prepared to perfection. Some of my favourite menu items included: Texas pecan brioche toast, Texas omelet, breakfast parfait, open face crab cake sandwich, ice cream flip and cream soda. My ultimate meal here is brunch. I highly recommend this restaurant and will return to it time and time again.

Great bar with Johnny helping us and delicious food with lots of seating his excellent service answering all our questions and meeting all our needs with lots of options seafood crab cake and chowder were outstanding. Ashwyn went out of his way to accommodate our special request. Absolutely a 5 star experience.
