City Scents was highly recommended by a friend. They provided exceptional, caring service for a situation that they had no control over. They could not deliver because the doorbell was not working! AND the person did not answer her mobile phone. City Scents called me and we worked out a more sure-fire delivery option for the next day. Each step of way, City Scents assured me that the flowers would be placed in the cooler until the new delivery date, and they stated that they would replace any flowers if needed. I was so impressed by their level of care to ensure that the flowers I had ordered were in top condition. This is Five-Star service!!
