Best spot to come around for some pools. enough pool tables they have to side one for minors & 21& up section, so it makes it better knowing it won't be packed for the 21& up section like yes it'll be full of people but last few times I've come on good days most tables are still available. Also like they serve food & drinks here.

I needed a pool cue for an upcoming tournament so I came in to get one. They had a wide selection and they let you test them out. It came with chalk and a free round of pool. Lots of tables, they have beverages for sale and it's air conditioned on a hot day. A nice place to hang out.

I’ve been going here for quite a long time and I’ve genuinely never had a negative experience. I first discovered this place 9 years ago and I was under aged and always went to the under 21 side in the left, I will say it isn’t the cleanest or neatest place and the bathrooms aren’t top notch but they use Brunswick tables that have good felt. When I became of age and could finally go to the 21+ side there was a lot more variety in tables including a Snooker table and even classic billiards with different sizes, I also liked that you are able to rent a cue for a couple of bucks an hour if you prefer a different Oz to your cue. They have surprisingly good smoothies and a small selection of beers from Corona to Mikes as well as some snacks such as jalapeño poppers which I’m a sucker for. Every time I am there Jeff always greets me with a smile and usually knows I’m going to either have a corona type of night or a chill pool and smoothie night, he’s a pretty standup gentleman. Parking isn’t ever an issue and it’s usually chill and relaxed in the mornings/afternoon. At night it’s a little sketchy which isn’t too much of a problem since everyone minds their own business but may make you uncomfortable depending on who you are. Overall I have been going here for years and I love this place when I want to kick back and play classic pool with friends, I have even brought my 15 year old brother who is 17 now here on numerous occasions and he wishes he could go to the 21+ side. Good place for friends and family.

After not playing pool for years, I recently found a lonely table at a nearby brewery. Unfortunately, all the cues are garbage. I decided that I wanted a cue of my own, but sadly there was nowhere local except a little shop that only had cues and no tables. So I started looking north and found that Classic Billiards not only had cues but was open on a Sunday! They have one whole wall dedicated to new cues for purchase. If I remember correctly, the prices ranged from $500+ to ~$90. I briefly explained my situation to counter attendant Jeff, and he told my wife and me to pick out some cues, and he would unlock the cases for me. I just have to say that Jeff was one of the nicest, most helpful people ever. I found a couple that were not fancy, just a couple of solid wood, two-piece cues around the ~$120 mark. Jeff got them out of the case and gave me a couple of pointers about seeing if they were straight. He gave me a table and balls and let me try out the cues - with instructions of no chalk and no breaking. I took some horribly rusty shots, and good enough; I had my cue. Jeff got me a $20 case for my cue, and threw in some chalk and an inexpensive tip file. I paid with Apple Pay and we were done. I wish we had more time to play but, it was a weird 'trip to Portland' type of day with our friend waiting outside with her dogs. With that said, we really liked the vibe of Classic Billiards. Great hall, chill players and the nicest staff. Hopefully at some point, when I have a little practice under my belt, we'll be back.

Ive been coming to this pool hall weekly and first time i got there they were do friendly as a minor it is hard to find a place that had a place for minors the staff are very nice and help when needed recently bought a pool cue they helped me with my weighting and getting it play friendly the costumers there are also very kind and help when they can i would recommend this place if u want to go have party of chill with family who cant go on each side they offer a door that you can view the minor side if ur preference is to stay on the 21+ side
