The Sales Rep Jeff Burnett initally was an ok guy, as he should be for a salesperson. However, I would not recommend this company, the rink uses glycerin spray for the rink as stated, the skating surface is horrible, and very rough; the skating squares are extermely old and had strings hanging. The unload and loading crew were not knowlegeble and left the truck in the skating area. They were suppose to help with picking skates, our staff had to help the guest. Our customer feedback was horrible. I called the company after the event to provide feedback; I called for 2 weeks everyday and Mr. Jeff Burnett NEVER picked up or returned my call. Word to the wise, don't use this company.
