As long as Kevin is working the front desk. It's going to be a pleasant experience. He make sure that your service is handled and handle properly . I always see Lee (female) when I go here, she is great with pedicures and manicures. She gives above stellar work. She's patient kind and she explains the services to you well. Her work speaks for itself! She is absolutely excellent at eyebrows and lashes! If you want to get the clusters, I would go to Lee! She's phenomenal! She will also get your eyebrows on point! It's usually very busy here. But not a long wait at all as they have many many technicians working diligently to get to each customer. One thing that I would say that I've noticed when I have went to other individuals for fill ins and s&s, etc, to not to rush through a customer's work. Take your time because everyone is paying they're hard on money and probably shouldn't get upset or an attitude if someone is not happy with the service . Other than that, I am a regular here I would turn on a regular basis. I do not have any issues with this location. They have recently remodeled it so it is a bit more bright inside and welcoming. Location has been since redecorated and renovated inside with new pedicure chairs, wall decor and pictures etc

I think I like this place. Advised that due to the nature of my job my nails break easily so asked that they layer the SNS thick. Well today is 3 weeks and I don't have any broken nails. If it wasn't for the growth I could go another week. Happy customer here.

Well worth the drive & distance to see my nail tech of 4yrs Abby who moved to this new shop! Abby slays my nails every time & did an excellent job on my SNS powder dip mani & Susan slayed my gel spa pedicure. This place overcharges for services based on the nail-tech and pedicurist. I honestly believe two people in particular are in cahoots with overcharging. I have paid three different prices based on who was doing my nails, but it was the exact same services. Yesterday was my last time patronizing this place. **Black women we must be aware that our dollar matters and we won’t be exploited and swindled in our own neighborhoods; especially when we make up 98% of the clientele that the business gets. Just be aware. Ask for price lists.
