My daughters and I had so much fun here!!! Roughly 35 minutes from the Hyde Park area. Our four year old was able to climb to the top of level 1 and 2 walls, while my teens enjoyed level 3 and 4s. The games are fun and easy for kids, as well as laser tag. The best part was the bumper cars, especially the one that flips. The food is reasonably priced. We spent the entire afternoon there. Definitely worth the price.

Clean, friendly, colorful, and amazing. The staff were thee most perfessional at all ages of workers and there was plenty of walls to climb. Honestly, couldn't have a better time.

This place and its management is deeply disappointing. Such a great activity to help children build self confidence. But the way the management treat the highest paying members is deplorable. My child is only 4-years old. We want her to build strength and confidence. We pay for the most expensive package and the last time we were here they made us pay an additional almost $30 for her dad to accompany her. My kid is afraid of heights. She is only 4, she needs an adult for encouragement. I explained this to both managers and their response was that most 2-year-olds climb alone, shaming my daughter who was listening to the conversation. I immediately cancelled our membership. If they were to do the high ropes course it would have only been 14-bucks for her dad to join. This is what we have always done and he has also been able to join her at the walls. These two managers Alex and Alexandra, refused to let us do this despite my child’s need for support and us being paying members. We won’t be coming here again. There are plenty of other climbing spots that are better priced with staff that is kind to children.

We recently celebrated my son's birthday at Climb Zone, and to be honest, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The facility itself offers a great variety of activities, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our host, Tyrell N. Tyrell was incredibly professional, organized, and attentive from start to finish. He always seemed one step ahead, and whenever I felt unsure of what I should be doing, he kindly offered guidance or helpful suggestions. Thanks to him, our group stayed on track and everything flowed seamlessly. We had 20 kids at the party—under different circumstances, I would have felt completely overwhelmed. But Tyrell’s calm demeanor and expert handling of the event kept everyone relaxed and allowed me to actually enjoy the celebration. He made my son’s birthday extra special, and for that, I’m extremely grateful. If you're planning a party at Climb Zone, I HIGHLY recommend requesting Tyrell as your host. You will not regret it! P.S. He was a hero for our scared kiddos! The high Zone was scary for a lot of the kids!
