Wow. This was not good. The marshmallow is fresh, yes, but the dessert overall doesn't work. It's a block of cold hard ice cream surrounded by bruled marshmallow with a tiny amount of topping. Not even close to s'mores. Also when we went, there were only 2 items available on the menu and no chocolate sauce (which might have made a difference?) And it was $12 for a small block. Very excited to try this ice cream! The fresh toasted marshmallow looks delicious! Editing to add pictures and food review: Marshmallow layer on the outside was so soft and fluffy! The caramelized sugar on the outside gave a very nice crème brûlée feel. The ice cream inside was a little too frozen and was a simple vanilla flavor. I do think it’s a bit too pricy though Disclaimer: Tried this at the lunar new year booth, so I did get a $5 discount for writing a review, but they didn’t ask for a specific type of review, so this is my honest feedback
