The best part of this experience was the incredibly pleasant person helping me. I’ll preface by saying I think it’s their waffles that are their signature and I didn’t have one. I had a cinnamon bun with bourbon glaze and 3 doughnuts. It took about 15 minutes to get so assuming they were hot I wasn’t bothered by that. When I got them they were slightly warm and lacked any flare. With only a few menu items you have to be awesome and it was just okay. My buying experience and customer experience were top notch but I just didn’t see much detail in the food.

Stopped by the food truck at StreetFest in Sanford and picked up a piece of the Cocoa Classic- cheesecake dipped in milk chocolate with dark chocolate drizzle. It was AMAZING! I savored every single bite and I was sad when it was gone. This whole concept of dipped cheesecake is brilliant and the quality of the cheesecake and the chocolate is top notch!

I ate here on Sunday, April 15th during the Spring Sprouts Food Truck Rodeo located at Knightdale Station Park. This was one of 8 food trucks on site. My favorite cheesecake (Dulce Tigre, I believe) had caramel, almonds and white chocolate sauce (not 100% sure it was white chocolate but it was delish). So good! The Turtle cheesecake (dipped in dark chocolate, sprinkled with pecans and drizzled with caramel sauce) was really good too - I'm just not much of a chocolate fan.

This was a great spot for breakfast/ brunch. I came here with my mom and we were both craving something sweet and waffles! Perfect combo! She ordered the cinnamon roll waffle which was good and not too overly sweet. I ordered the honey and fresh fruit waffle and it was equally delicious! Great spot and quick and friendly service!
