Here is my “review”. I had these $8 off studio fee cards given to me our last visit. I genuinely enjoyed this place, which is why I wanted to come today on Valentine’s Day. Please keep in mind no where on the card, states we must leave a review in order to redeem the $8 off studio fee. The person that gave them to me on my last visit..did not verbally tell me we had to leave a review. The lady did not want to honor it at all. Which I find that very disappointing, in the end we paid for the studio fee. I can care less if we had to but why push on these reviews so much when they should be authentic. (So here is my review, so I can get my $8 off next time I come) To the reply I got in this review. I have reconsidered and it went to 2 ⭐️ ( I have never used the $8 off studio fee, which is why I was trying to use it this visit on Valentines Day) You should reconsider putting more thought into your reply’s and not just copy and paste the same response you use on others.

Called ahead they said come on by, we got there after driving for about 40 minutes to get put on a wait list and never called. As we left the mall we walked right past the store and saw atleast one or more empty tables. Highly disappointed in their service. I will continue to go to the Gulfstream location.
