Extremely disappointed. My partner and I came here 3 weeks ago and painted two items. We spent nearly 3 hours painting and put a lot of energy into our items. We were very excited to receive them but had to wait almost 3 weeks before hearing back. Come to today and we get a call that one of our items was dropped and shattered into pieces. Mistakes happen, but nonetheless it’s extremely disheartening when you pour so much energy and time into an item that you paid for only to have it handled so carelessly. I don’t get a lot of time off from work and I chose to spend several hours of that time at this establishment making something special with my partner and now the item is gone. Sure, I was offered to make another one but that would mean rededicating more time off to come back here and what guarantee do I even have that my next one won’t be handled as carelessly as this one was? Extremely, extremely disappointed. Pottery painting places are a dime a dozen I would recommend spending your time and money at one that is more trustworthy.

Great studio, good selection of items for kids and everyone to paint. A little wild that they have bongs on display but I also saw people painting them and business is business. I also noticed that their pricing for items was much more affordable than the location at Oddysea Aquarium, so I’d be inclined to go here even if it’s a bit more driving. The downside is at Oddysea they said you could come back to finish your painting without an additional studio fee if you bought a larger item. With little kids and short attention spans the freedom to leave and come back to finish without a cost was appreciated.

Me and my partner came here for a date for our anniversary back in March. We picked the matching pair salt and pepper shakers to do together to commemorate our anniversary and then a piece each on the side. Spent hours on it, very sentimental. Over a month goes by with no phone call about our pieces. I give them a call and whoever answered tells me ”you probably missed the call then so it’s on you, but I’ll go check for them.” Turns out, no I did not miss the call, they ‘lost’ one of the shakers so the whole set was ruined. No real apology from whoever this was, just said “yeah sometimes that happens” Luckily the manager was more professional and gave us a refund for the shaker. We went to pick up our other items and mine was completely chipped on the side. Won’t be coming back. Seems like they haphazardly throw things in the back breaking them and losing them. Very disappointed we lost our anniversary project.
