This was my first visit to this restaurant my friends from out of town, found it. The menu is simple, but don’t count on the food for being simple! The food has incredible flavor. Service was amazing ambience was outstanding. I will definitely be back support local. (and don’t forget to try the root beer float. It was pretty damn good!)

Nice little restaurant, there’s a bar and giant TVs with sports playing but not so loud that you can’t have a nice family dinner. Appetizer of fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were really good, especially the tomato dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Entrees were good (we had the burger and pork belly sandwich). Disappointing S’mores dessert. There’s a separate outdoor area that is pet friendly. They put a jug of fresh cold water in the table, you can buy the jugs filled with beer if you are a beer enthusiast, but wished they sold the jugs empty!

So after class my classmates had happy hour at Colorado Campfire.. My first time at the venue and I may come back maybe. Why the maybe ? It’s a cute space in “Uptown” a part of Downtown Denver. It’s definitely a place to watch sports: basketball and football, big screen TVs. But the food wasn’t that good but it wasn’t that bad, possibly because I ordered a simple turkey BLT and fries. The fries weren’t the greatest - seems as if I got the bottom of the basket. My coke was great, strong kick and great for my sandwich! So the service was on point, quick, fast and easy ! And that’s what matters, how they made me feel and the service! So I might just go back and try something else. 🧐🤨🤔

Service started or great but quickly faded. We ordered the mac and cheese and a burger with fries. All of the fries were less than an inch long. There may have been 6 that were longer than that. I ordered buffalo sauce to go with the fries. Whatever they gave me was far from anything, Buffalo. When I asked if I got the right sauce, I was told yes, then got a bottle of hot sauce slammed on the table and told i could add that. The Mac and cheese was cold but no one came to check on it so we could get it fixed. We only had water to drink and ran out of that in the first 5 minutes. When we were ready to leave our server had disappeared only to later find them sorting at a table with guests. I have little desire to return to this restaurant at this moment in time.

Great mile high BBQ! Everything from the good ol 303! Place was packed on the Friday we went. Very decent size place with a sports bar feel, food is outstanding, great beer selection. Killer place for Sunday football and even for those that don’t like football, this bbq will keep you coming back.
