Appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners; everyone is welcomed. A beautiful light-filled clean space that always smells heavenly. The owner, Julia Briggs, is an excellent instructor as well as being community- minded and supportive of local businesses and non-profits. There are many different classes and events. Come join us.
