This hotel is conveniently located close to bus stops and walking distance to restaurants. It is easy to get to a greater variety of establishments and entertainment via car or bus. The in-room coffee maker; refrigerator; and microwave are very convenient. There is a computer by the breakfast area which makes it easy to research local events and transportation options. The pool area makes it a great choice for families; and the complimentary breakfast is a good way to start the day!

Extremely Disappointed — Loyal Customer Treated Poorly I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, but this last experience was unacceptable. I checked in on June 21 around 10 PM, only to find that the AC in my room wasn’t working. When I went to the front desk, the staff member named Dan was completely unhelpful, unapologetic, and dismissive(he might look very friendly until there is a problem to solve..). No genuine effort was made to resolve the issue or find a proper solution — just excuses about being fully booked. I ended up checking out and booking another hotel the same night. To make matters worse, I was denied a refund, even though the hotel itself processed the charge. This is not how loyal, paying customers should be treated. I expected better — and after this experience, I won’t be returning. Absolutely disappointing. Room rate was a $300, extremely overpriced, I am now disputing this charge with my CC

Has everything you need in a hotel for a low price. Place is clean and modern, with free breakfast, hot tub, fitness center, and laundry everything you need. Could be better if my room had a tub, only had a stand up. Front staff was exceptionally friendly. Gold standard here, comfort inn has redeemed itself in my mind. Great location.

This particular hotel is partnered with a local domestic violence program who temporarily house, domestic violence, victims, or survivors. I was placed here with my three children in a double bed room, Our second day, both of my youngest kids Became ill with a stomach bug, I went downstairs to ask the front desk clerk, if there were any way to relocate to a room with the door/Balcony that way, I’m able to air the room out since I have two vomiting toddlers. After looking in the computer, the clerk told me that he would, but all of the rooms with balconies are booked up. I went back to my room and ordered personal hygiene items to take a shower , and I noticed a very strong smell coming from the bathroom. I noticed this smell before, but i Honestly thought that it was one of my kids diapers until I realize they were sick so they didn’t poop. There was a standup shower in the bathroom and it smelled like stagnant sewer water was right below the drain. I went back downstairs to tell the clerk & He told me that he would send maintenance up to fix the problem, but instead he sent housekeeping to clean the bathroom. after she was done cleaning, she stated that she don’t know what else to do to fix the smell. I went downstairs for a third time and informed the same clerk that his solution did not work and he informed me that he had no other rooms and the only option he had was to put me in my three kids in a single king bedroom. I told him that I would just call the program that I was a part of to see if there was any way they could help me find better arrangements, which I did and the program informed me that there should be no issue moving me to a different room if I’m having a problem in my current room . when I return downstairs, the shift had changed, and I was speaking to a female. I explained the problem and informed that I told her coworker, and I explained the options that the coworker gave me. She not only gave us a different room, but she also upgraded us to a room with the balcony, and there was also a sink allowing me to wash out bottles for my toddler. She informed me that she Does not understand why he said the things he said and did not give me better options Since there were plenty of rooms available with the balcony and double bed. A couple of days later, I saw the same mail clerk at the desk and I asked him what was it that made him not honor my request When his coworker was able to do it with no problem. He Told me that The person who gave me a different room, actually upgraded me, which I knew she did. But in all of my experiences with the hotel, if there is a valid complaint about the room, usually you are upgraded to compensate for the inconvenience. He proceeded to tell me that they usually don’t upgrade rooms for people in the domestic violence program. I asked him “even if I have a valid complaint , am I not a customer because I’m going through the domestic violence program?” “so because I am a domestic violence survivor in a program. That means that I pretty much have to deal with a room that has a bathroom that smells like everybody’s poop.?” It also made me Realized that this person lied to me the day before when he pretended to look in his computer and tell me that all of the rooms that he could’ve put me in were booked up and now on this day, he’s telling me it’s because I’m in the program. he clearly lied and I honestly felt judged. Im a black woman, I recently took my hair down, which made me look a bit different, I am not a bad person, a dirty person or a liar so why did this clerk have to lie to me about relocating me too a room where I feel comfortable at the comfort Inn. The other girl had no problem and there were plenty of rooms available. His name is Isaiah And I usually don’t do these type of reviews, but it just feels terrible to go through a domestic violence situation drive across the country to be in this program just to be Told that because I’m in a program, I pretty much have to deal with a stinky room or one king bed for me and three kids.

The absolute worst experience ever! They racially profiled and denied our reservation without even looking for it properly. The counter agent called the cops after he threatened to come around the counter because he didn't want to be questioned about locating the reservation. When the cops arrived all of a sudden the reservation was found but then still declined us from staying there! The so called manager was there and he didn't even have the skill set to diffuse the situation! Worst experience ever and wouldn't recommend anyone waste there time with possibly getting the type of treatment we did!
