Literal angels! The most kind, helpful people work here and they have a gazillion parts available for dirt cheap prices. They truly just want to get you on a working bike that you love. If you're looking to build or repair a bike this is the place to go!

I went in to buy some used parts and needed a little help finding them. I tried to describe what I needed to the female at the counter and she had no idea what I was talking about. I was getting frustrated with her complete lack of bike knowledge and instead of referring me to someone who could help she instead told me she "didn`t appreciate my attitude". She seemed like she had a problem with men. I told her I didn`t appreciate hers either and walked out. I won`t be back. Get someone with a better attitude to run your counter!

Not my cup of tea. I started going to a place a little further away in exchange for better service and community. The last couple of times I've come here I haven't felt like a valued customer or memory of the community. The new place I've started going to has given me zero pressure, explained to me in lengthy terms what's going on with my bike, and even helped tighten a loose bolt or two for free while getting my bike in perfect riding condition.

We donated a couple of folding bikes. It was fairly easy and efficient. The folks were friendly, and gave the impression they could do something with the units. The other bike charity we had planned on donating to was closed despite their posted hours. So we came to this place.
