Eugene and crew almost always have the little things in stock, if they are available and not back ordered nationwide. Service is phenomenal. I’m in and out in no time with what I came for. If they aren’t helping other customers the conversation is always great. Looking for used gear? Check them out. Trust that the grade you see online is accurate. I picked up a battery grip. When I had it in my hand I was a little surprised. Eugene told me that he’s conservative when he grades gear, and I have to agree. The price was right and the condition was actually a little better than I expected. Give them the opportunity to earn your business. You won’t regret it. Getting what I need, when I need it, and knowing that they’ll support what they sell, and me by extension, has a value that online retailers can’t match.
