I went to Nova Medical Centers on Woodward in Austin for several D&A tests. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Even though I went during the middle of the day, I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Great service!

Took 30m just to check me in, tried to overcharge by 20% over my copay, told me there'd be up to a 3 hour wait (which they backpedaled on once I told them I refused to pay and then wait 3 hours), techs couldn't understand basic anatomical terms like "zygomatic", couldn't read vitals correctly and took multiple attempts to get SpO2 and blood pressure, struggled to follow instructions on a strep swab test kit, etc. etc. etc. THANKFULLY, the PA who treated me (JRM, thank you) was very quick, friendly, and professional - but otherwise, not a great experience.
