Consign of The Times is a gem of a store with an incredibly helpful staff. Carin, the owner, is such a lovely lady with a knack for sourcing the best luxury products in excellent condition and with 20 years of experience behind her belt, she knows her stuff! The live shopping shows are such a treat because every item is so good and the prices are very competitive. Authenticity is guaranteed and the quality is superb. The store front is tiny but mighty because they have incredible pieces including, shoes, jewelry, accessories and ready to wear. I am definitely a fan and always look forward to coming in or tuning in!

I thought I would check this place out and see if they had anything for men. I walked up to the door and one girl was on the opposite side of the door on the laptop. After looking in the window for a minute I was buzzed in. The girl closest to the door did not even bother to look up or greet me and instead I was greeted by another lady towards the back of the store who I didn’t even see behind the counter. Rude. I then asked if they had any men’s items and the lady came out from behind the counter. She said, no not really. I said, not even jewelry or accessories? I guess she realized she going to have to work so she then showed me the few men’s items in the case they did have. She then let me know one of the belts I was looking at was just sold on their Instagram. I was simply put off by the whole experience. Not because of them not having much for men. But the customer service was meh. When I was leaving another customer came in and was greeted right away by both girls. Seemed to be a regular customer as they knew her by name. As business owner myself you should treat EVERY customer great and with respect. Don’t know if I’ll be back after this.

Ladies, these prices are laughable! Way overpriced. A lot of your pieces are from the outlets, and you are charging retail. Chanel also has several sales a year on shoes, jewelry and accessories. So again, overcharging. Department stores also have sales several times a year. I’m sure your rent is high but don’t put that on your customers. People shop at consignment stores for a “good deal” nothing about your prices are good.
