Leesa is the best! I see her for dip manicures on my natural nails. She specializes in acrylics but she is so great with dip, too! I’m rough with my hands and this stuff never chips. Leesa gets my nails short for me like I like them and can still shape them to my liking. She’ll customize your nails however you want them & can do designs as well. Aside from her nail expertise, she’s super kind and fun to catch up with! John at Contempo is also awesome for pedicures and gives a great massage and is very friendly and pays attention to details. I’ve only seen these two here, but I can imagine you’ll get great service from anyone working at contempo, they’ve been around for a long time and take pride in their work!

From the cleanliness and affordability to the kind staff who make you feel like you’re apart of the family, I’m constantly leaving in a better mood and with better nails than when I walked in! Rose or Leesa are my girls and they never fail me with a beautiful design or great mani. Everytime I’ve gotten a pedicure I’ve enjoyed it as well! The best place to go in Boulder by far!

I was also at the salon during this visit and was genuinely surprised by this review, as it does not reflect what I observed. The guest was there for nearly a full hour, not the rushed 20 minutes as claimed. The nail tech assisting her is actually my go-to person. They’re known for being incredibly detailed, patient, and never one to cut corners. It’s unfortunate she didn’t have the experience she hoped for, but to suggest the staff rushed or ignored her is simply inaccurate. This salon has always been professional, and attentive. If someone struggles with anxiety or gets overstimulated easily, perhaps a quieter or more private setting might be a better fit. But the team here does their best every single time, and it’s only fair to acknowledge that. Happy client for over 13 yrs!
