I've been here a few times for comedy shows and concerts. Usually I warn friends that the service is slow. Today manament decided it was more important to have a hostice seat parents than have servers. After waiting an hour for a server to show up, we opened a tab at the bar. When I asked the hostes about it she said a server would. eventually come. She came only after friends of ours asked her to come to our table. I mentioned it to the bartender who said, yea I wondered why I'm flooded please talk to the manager. You guys really need to figure out cuatomer service. Having 2 people seating when you can't even serve tables is not acceptable.

I like to show some transparency for the desert ridge community and everyone seeking to make time to attend this business or pop events, regarding their business culture and in house staff. Friday April 12 my friend and I attended the bar top to celebrate his birthday inside the pop up event. The hostes were great and informative, The manager brought us a welcom shot and a little ceviche sampler, great welcoming. Our 1st Bartender Eren made sure we felt at home and taken care of, very humble yet professional, and you could tell he was everywhere doing a little of everything, making sure everything was running smoothly. We enjoyed a cocktail in his company, soon after he finished his shift and Kate the 2nd Bartender took over. Here is were things became ugly & disappointing, as she made it very unpleasant and hard for us to enjoy the experience and my friends birthday. She kept on looking over seeking our attention when we just wanted to vibe to lights, the great dj, the good drinks and overall have a great time that's why we made the time to come here. When she realized we were not going to give her validation or weren't on her like a pair of sweaty dogs, she started treating us very poorly. * Even as we were the only ones staying for a second drink as it was obvious, she had an ego trip. She tried closing us out multiple times. On our first drink, second drink, and a little after receiving our third and final drink, very off atmosphere, character and culture. Shortly after she goes to the manager and makes a comment about us, so he comes to check on us and rushes us out, with very different demeanor and attitude which was quite obvious as he was an excellent host and very welcoming BEFORE Kate stepped behind the bar. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking a stress free, enjoyable time, or special event with their friends or family. We are loyal clients to pig tails on the other side of the mall, as they always have treated us with respect and professionalism and never made it about how they felt in order to uphold their standards and provide us the highest quality service possible, knowing they are representing a bussiness name, in OUR community. I'm making the time to write this review, hoping to bring attention to this matter and no one, absolutely no one has to sit down in a hostile environment were they're made feel unwelcomed for choosing to give their time and bussiness to this place. Half of these stores are my personal clients, so I will make sure to put the spotlight on this to keep our community safe.

Danielle and Beth were the Best bartenders I’ve seen in a very long time. I don’t know what they get paid, but they need to up their salary, hard-working, un frazzled, and they were spot on. We saw a single performer who was fabulous and I’m sad to say I didn’t get info on him. Because I would watch him again but last night we went for the Nirvana cover band and we were not disappointed. “Echo of Alt”, once they got the sound system fixed, and we could actually hear the singer, they were incredible, so fun. Now I followed them on Facebook to see where they’ll be playing next. I admire people like this because when I come back in my next life, I want to be a performer, I want to play the guitar. Maybe it’s not too late, to teach an old dog a new trick. I WOULD RECOMMEND
