Ambiance was pretty solid, location is fantastic! Their espresso is a lighter/greener tasting roast- great in an americano, but not the flavor for everyone! I love that they do homemade syrups and are quick!

I’ve been here twice the first time was ok. But the staff doesn’t seem particularly kind or knowledgeable. Today when I entered the girl behind the counter did not say hi or acknowledge us at all. She was very busy drying a dish and couldn’t take the time to say “I will be with you and in a second. “ Maybe their employees aren’t paid enough and are just over customer service but it felt so rude and we ended up leaving! The one time we were able to order something the coffee and pastries were good. But I just feel so disappointed. It’s also a beautiful space and would have been nice to be welcomed. And maybe we should try it again but hopefully they will talk to their employees about better customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The barista clearly didn’t care—moving at her own pace, casually serving people who ordered after me. I waited a full 15 minutes for my drink, and only when I finally asked about it did she nearly toss the coffee at me with a dismissive “we’re making it, just chill.” This was my first—and definitely last—visit. With so many beautiful and welcoming coffee shops in Denver, this place doesn’t deserve our business. Avoid if you value good service and respect as a customer

Coffee is good, people are friendly. But it is very small and doesn't have much seating. It only has 2 tables to sit at and the rest is high top bar style seating that faces the window in a narrow hallway in the back. Chairs are metal and pretty uncomfortable. Not the kind of place I could sit in for a while and do some work, or hand out and relax while I sip my coffee. Was hoping it would at least have a view of the botanical gardens but the windows face the street. Just not the lounge style coffee shop. Probably better for take out, personal opinion.

Some things that can’t be helped - and some that can. There is absolutely no parking around this coffee shop. It’s right next to the botanic gardens so it’s understandable that parking is pretty tough when the gardens are hopping. That said - If you’re looking to visit, plan to park far and walk. Overall the coffee is more acidic than I prefer so just not my favorite kind of flavor. Food options were good for a coffee house. Something that was pretty off-putting was the gentleman complaining loudly about how they were understaffed and unsupported. I get that sometimes the staffing plan doesn’t work out - sometimes it’s just busier than normal - but to complain about it so loudly to customers was not his best look.
