Haven't been here in year or so and always appreciate the generosity and love when I do. I love boulder and best corepowers nationwide are in simply boulder(hands down). Also got guided by a very on point Cabrini. Her flow was solid. Definitely try her jamming sessions.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the class was great! Perfect balance of mind-calming yoga + intense workout. I also enjoyed the beautiful studio and facilities. The skylight was awesome; strike a pose, look to the sky, and feel the zen! Will definitely come again!

If you’re looking to for a challenge, try Susanne R’s Sculpt class. WOW!! I have practiced with many of the CP teachers in the Denver metro area when I was living in CO, and this gal knocked it out the park!! My goodness, super intense class, which is what I signed up for. My eyeballs miss that BURN that you get when the sweat hits and drips in them LOL. Thoroughly enjoyed her class, she was teaching as a sub, and so glad she did. Thanks for giving us a great sweat sesh Susanne. Keep crushing it girlie!!
