Greg’s sculpt on Sundays is amazing. His energy is infectious and very uplifting. I always leave there feeling so happy! He’s one of the most motivating teachers at the studio.

Disgusting inside. Dirty. Company also bills you for more than you sign up for. STAY AWAY!

The environment is welcoming and upbeat! The music is slightly non-traditional in the studio but inside class it truly depends on the teacher. There are numerous styles of teachers and at least 10 classes a day to attend, something for everyone! In the locker rooms they have mouthwash, cotton-balls, q-tips, deodorant, hair dryers and everything you would need to use after class. They sell attire and a lot is 33% off! There really is something for everyone :)

Love this place! The studio rooms are big so you won't feel overly crowded even there are 20+ ppl practicing at the same time. One big plus is that they have 2 rooms, plenty of classes and lots of options even at night. Whenever I feel like doing yoga I can just go and enjoy!
