Might be the best jet ski spot in Miami! The boat ride was nice and scenic, and captain Rob was cool. Then the guys where the jet skis are docked are cool, and give good clear instructions on how to operate those things. And if you don’t have another person to take pics, the photo package is 100% worth it. Chris takes great pictures and was real cool to work with. Come check them out!

I have to praise Corsair for being very friendly at the beginning. I was 7 minutes late due to being stuck in traffic, and they were kind enough to return for me. I made sure to apologize for being late. Once we got to the spot, it didn't really look like it did in the pictures. I thought the ride would be closer to downtown; instead, we were in the middle of nowhere and got told where we can and can't go. However, I feel like the explanation was very vague. After 40 minutes, I got approached by our guide, and he told me that my ride was over because I went too far. I didn't mean to break the rules on purpose, and I understand that I probably did go far, but I feel like cutting my ride 20 minutes early without a warning or a partial refund just isn't fair. Until then I was having a pretty good time, but the employee's attitude just killed the mood. Felt like he didn't like me the moment I came late. Which is totally understandable, but I feel like ending my ride early was personal. Response: I genuenly don’t understand why you are being so personal in the reply. Your rule explanation was about 20-30 seconds long. I agree that I made mistakes that could have been avoided. My whole point is, that the way you handled it was rude and disrespectful from my experience, thats it. Also please consult a PR agent before responding to negative reviews
