My wife and I recently attended the Simplicity of Sushi course with Chef Rodney, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The class was held at Chef Rodney’s home, which was spotless and located in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. Chef Rodney was an exceptional host—warm, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. His teaching style reflected his deep experience and culinary expertise. He was incredibly patient, not only with us but with all the guests, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. We learned so much and truly enjoyed the hands-on approach. I highly recommend Chef Rodney, whether you’re interested in sushi or any other cooking class he offers. It was an unforgettable afternoon!

Such a great experience!! We were hopeful that the food would be be good, which it was. But what really took the experience over the top was our chef. Shahida was courteous, professional, fun, and she was teaching us the entire time. Not just about the meal but even about the customs surrounding the meal. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful first time in a cooking class. Chef Megan is a wealth of information that was so helpful. Her tips and tricks were very much appreciated. The plant based meal was impeccable! Because of Chef Megan, my husband and I will be doing more date night cooking classes! Chef Megan is pretty awesome. I was so excited to eat the main dish and dessert I forgot to take pics! One is the bruchetta appetizer the other is the strawberry walnut salad.

Chef Rodney was very welcoming, personable, funny, and professional. We had a great time learning how to make dumplings, sushi, etc. We were so grateful that he accommodated us although we were the only couple who signed up for the 1pm session. I definitely would suggest Cozymeal to anyone who wants to try a cooking class in the future. Thanks Chef Rodney for a great anniversary experience.
