The cookies here are way better than the other cookie places. The names are cute and creative and the cookies not only look good, they taste good too. When I visited recently, the employees were friendly and attentive. They worked well together and were happy and smiling. That alone makes me want to come back to this location again.

Cookies are great. I come frequently and will continue to go. I write this because I care, and the employees who have worked here over the last year, all seem completely miserable. They do not greet you. They do not want to attend the register. They do not create conversation about their products or the weather. They act completely interrupted and annoyed that they have to stop mixing cookie batter. In fact, on multiple occasions, the person in the back has looked at me multiple times for multiple MINUTES while I stood at the register and finally another employee assisted me. Zero customer urgency. Zero anticipation of customer needs. It’s been remarkably poor since I started coming in August, and it was again last night 8:57pm. Idk if the cookie is worth it. And I’ll assume it’s either a manager or owner that has created a culture of misery that’s so tangible that every employee passes it along to the consumer because it’s been more consistent than the employees themselves.

Honestly I love crave I’ve been obsessed with them for awhile now and this is the closest one to my home but I will now be driving farther to go to a different location, or even no longer supporting the company.. products are good at other locations but I have gave this location so so many chances each time I’m more and more disappointed.. the staff is very rude.. and they are always in a bad mood EVEN THE MANAGER WAS RUDE THE MANGER! & when they have to make the order I want every employee at this location has been rude to me and I’m always nice and it’s not like I order anything unusual sometimes a Cookie or Dubai chocolate strawberries and I’m so sad that they always treat me poorly (one time I got there 10 minutes b4 they closed and they ran to close the door as soon as I parked) usually u have to wait until closing time. as well as they never make the Dubai chocolate the right way bc sometimes it missing the cookie on top or missing pistachio cream (keep in mind it’s $15 a cup) I expect it to have what’s advertised. Unfortunately this location always fails to make it right bc they are flat out lazy and don’t know how to treat customers. Other location I have had a great experience and always am satisfied with the order. Please just consider driving a few extra minutes its worth it I promise don’t spend money at this location! I love the midvale/fort union one they are so sweet and make sure the quality is great!

I NEVER leave negative reviews but I could not believe how horrible my experience was. I went on Mother’s Day, and the man who rang me up was incredibly rude. He was so frustrated that the Tap to Pay wasn’t working (how is that my fault?). When we figured it out he rolled his eyes and said “Jeez finally.” I tried to be kind even though he was clearly bothered he had to do his job. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. After almost 20 minutes, the man working said to a customer who ordered before me that they were “sold out of the Parent Trap cookie”. So I got back in line to address that, since half of my cookies were Parents Traps. I waited a few minutes, and when it was my turn he told me they weren’t really sold out but it would be 8 more minutes. This was after I already waited now almost 25 minutes. And he was again so incredibly rude. I asked for a refund and left. I couldn’t believe how disorganized and rude they were. I have been a loyal customer but I’m extremely let down and don’t plan to come back.

This place is definitley better than crumbles. Im so glad I finally tried it. The cookies were delicious but the workers seemed extremely busy. Its just a bunch of kids running the store but despite that they were so nice and communicative. Ill be coming here more often.
