Tucked down next to Powell, it's easiest to access this place from a parking lot on 43rd street or Francis street or Bush street. It isn't a huge pool, but there is a deep and shallow side divided by a wall. There are two slides, one for the shallow side and one for the deep side. There were lots of life guards on duty. At 2-3 on a Friday afternoon, it was not crowded at all! There are lots of chairs on the sidelines for watching parents and a few umbrellas. (Although, pool is in full sun in the afternoon) COVID 2021: masks required inside the building. No reservations needed. Life jackets are available, however you will need to bring your own pool noodles.

Went swimming here today for the first time and all the staff was extremely friendly and nice. The water temp was perfect. I wish they didn’t make the lifeguards wear masks. Seems kinda pointless and harsh on them in the heat. Will definitely be going back this summer.

It's a nice pool. The swim lessons are just OK. They don't really teach how to just swim. It's proper back stroke and proper arm movements. I just want my kid to not sink. Also the hours are super dumb. They make no sense. It's the most inconvenient pool I've ever been to.

Staff is racist! Looked passed me and help the people in line behind me!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Portland Parks and Rec do something about your racist staff!

Do not attend swimming lessons. My son had his first lesson and went under the water accidentally. The swim instructor nor the life guard did anything to help him get above water. I had to get into the water with him during the lesson and was asked by the life guard to get out of the pool unless I was apart of the class. I had no choice but to get in with him because they don’t care if you drown or not. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD ATTEND LESSONS AT CRESTON POOL ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CHILD IS OF COLOR !!!!
