We had my son's 6th birthday at CrossBar Cafe and it was the perfect birthday. A lot of fun was had by all. The kids played soccer downstairs on the indoor field for multiple hours and smiled the entire time. The coaches were awesome. The food was delicious for adults and kids alike. We had about 40 people attend. Everybody was exceptionally accommodating and most important, the kids had an amazing time!

Very pleasantly surprised by this tucked away bar/cafe. I came here for a breakfast burrito this morning, and it did not disappoint. The burrito is filled with goodies and it's large enough to share, perfect for a start to a day. Later in the day the place gets more lively for soccer games and on Saturday they host comedy nights. Cool addition to the neighborhood, UWS was in dire need of a soccer bar.

**Child-focused establishment** While I could have been there on an off weekend, this venue seems to be mis-marketed. Most of the cafe / bar photos appear to be adults enjoying soccer with coffee or beer and the main website landing page does not mention children. We were really excited to find a place in the neighborhood seemingly catered to coffee, not alcohol alone, for the EPL. However, this is more aptly a soccer-themed establishment primarily targeting children and their parents. When our small group arrived, instead of the bright and sunny photos, we found out the venue had moved into the basement and next to an indoor field intended for children's practice that was notably not insulated from sound. While there were no active classes occurring, every other group present had toddlers, and many were on the field screaming and enjoying their time. While this is a fantastic option for parents who want a coffee, cookie, or pint while their kids let off some steam, it is not ideal for those looking to enjoy a match with each other and other fans without the ambiance of the match audio being drowned out by loud children at play.

Best cc cookie in the neighborhood but they’re always closed! 😭 4pm is early to close as it is, but I went by at 3:30 and the chain was already across the door. Pleaseeee stay open until at least 4!
