I joined CrossFit TTG in October 2024 and loving it. I had never done CrossFit- Purposely avoided it. Although I’ve always been an athlete, worked out, and been fit. Had a couple years out of the gym because of life stuff and decided I needed a gym that was nearby and had challenging classes to keep me focused and accountable. Tried TTG because reviews were amazing and it was 6 minutes from my house. (I tried other ones too). Tried the free week and the first time I walked into the gym immediately felt the community there. Every single coach is helpful and welcoming. I’ve had to learn all the CrossFit lingo and proper techniques! There are all levels here from beginners to competitors. It’s a great gym.
