CHILI'S The service was extremely slow tonight. We waited almost 15 minutes to get our water after ordering and another 5-8 minutes to get our chips and salsa. Drinks even came later. Our orders also came later tha they should. The other two people with me ordered ribs and liked their sides. I ordered off of the 3 for $10 menu. That was a mistake. This particular special has been downgraded a bit. I ordered the margarita chicken, rice, and a side salad. The salad was OK, but the chicken and rice both were very dry. I have had some pretty good experiences in the past. I will not be ordering from the 3 for $10 section again.
