I felt it was organized and the dressing rooms were clean and the staff member working the dressing rooms was good at getting people into rooms. Seller experience: It was a waste of time and not worth it at all. Left with feeling annoyed. I have given Crossroads 3 tries, NEVER AGAIN. - aprx 2 hrs wait time - only accept 8% of items I brought in. The selection criteria is still a mystery to me at all Crossroads locations. I brought in Boss, CK, Guess, Zara, Karl Lagerfeld, and other premium brands; almost all under 1 years old. Only a 6 were accepted (mainly Guess brands). - the buyer cashier didn’t check-in whether I accept the trades she offered, just went ahead placing their price tags on the items. - I was offered a cash out for $38 total, in which an item would be priced at $20 to be on the store’s rack. I left feeling cheated. I’d rather hands over to those who in need than enable these stores making money off people like me, thinking about giving clothes 2nd life and helping others. The rich keeps getting richer.

The woman working there (short, purple hair, no patience) gave me four minutes and an attitude to match. I’m Brazilian, on exchange, just trying to live my best thrift life — instead I got passive aggression and side-eyes. The clothes? Trash. Looked like they were attacked by a raccoon and priced by someone who hates humanity. $80 for a t-shirt with holes? Be serious. The store smelled like expired milk and had visible mold just vibing on the walls. Came in excited, left confused and slightly traumatized. 0/10 — only come if you enjoy mildew and emotional damage.

Terrible customer service. We arrived shortly before closing and the employee was rude from the start, showing no respect or patience. As Brazilian exchange students, we felt especially unwelcome. The store itself was also disappointing — the clothes were in poor condition, the prices were unreasonably high, and the place had a bad smell with visible signs of neglect. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

this store has AWFUL customer service. we came in with ten minutes until close and the lady working there (short african american and has purple hair) was very rude from the start. there were other people in the store and she said that we had four minutes and then treated us very poorly. we are all brazilian and doing an exchange program and she had no respect for us. not only was the customer service bad, so was everything else. the clothes were awful and in horrible condition. the prices were RIDICULOUS and not in a good way. the store smelt of spoiled milk and there was very visible mold all over the place. we were very excited but overall, there is not a single good thing about this store. there is no reason to visit unless you like mold and spending 80 dollars on t shirts with holes in it. very disappointed. 0/10. PLEASE DONT VISIT
