Always love going to Crown Burgers when I am in SLC. The decor/atmosphere is unique with the stone and tapestries (and maybe a stuffed pheasant?) Food is prepared fresh and the quality is consistently high. I got the crown burger and onion rings. I don't know why pastrami on top of a burger isn't available more broadly in the world...it's spectacular. Onion rings were fantastic as well. Maybe someday I'll try something besides the Crown Burger but it's just so good I always come back to it!
