The cookies are very large and very thick. They smell and taste amazing. Clearly, they are made with high-quality ingredients, and the presentation is impeccable! However, the atmosphere is cold! When you walk in, no one says a word to you, but they all see you. They wait for you to go to the kiosk and put in your order, then silently fill your order. The kiosk actually asks if you want to leave a tip?? For what?? For putting my cookies in a box when you couldn't even say hello? I'd have rather filled the box myself and continue on as if there were no other people there in the building with us. COLD ...and finally, the cookies were more raw than they were cooked. This was the biggest disappointment of all. We could only eat the edges of the cookies. We had to go home, scrape off the toppings, and put the cookies in the oven for a while longer. If you're a huge cookie dough fanatic then this is the perfect cookie for you, but it wasn't really our thing; unfortunately.

I had a large company catering order fulfilled yesterday at the last minute. Most of the time when you do a last minute order, it can be delayed or even cancelled. The staff handled the order in less than 20 minutes and did not have an issue accommodating our needs whatsoever. On top of that, I forgot to get a receipt with my order and we absolutely need to track company receipts. Unfortunately, this location is about an hour away from our office so I called this morning in hopes of getting an emailed receipt. I wasn’t even sure if that was possible. The initial team member was once again very professional and service oriented on the phone before passing the phone to her manager, Lena. Lena got on the phone and immediately and enthusiastically said “Yes, we can do that! What’s a good email?”. That just saved me 2 hours of driving, gas, and a lecture from my boss 😂 . I will absolutely be using this location again for future large business orders again. Thank you so so so much Lena and team!!

Amazing cookies, I like that they don’t say a fake hello like they do @ at 7-Eleven stores. They are actually told to say hello as every customer walks in. It’s not a genuine hello I would rather you not say hello unless you mean it. And if you like people saying hello to you at every place, move to Oklahoma City every store does it it’s more of a southern thing, but we’re in Michigan.

I love that they have a menu that changes every week with new delicious options to choose from. My favorites so far besides the chocolate chunk cookie are the most recent marshmallow lucky charm cookie and the French toast cookie. I was also happy to stop by this past week and find they had a 6 for 4 price sale. The only thing I would ask is if they had samples to try. My kids and I are hooked! Luv it! We just got the new Moonbeam cookie. It was an interesting combination of marshmallow, blueberry and lemon icing with a chocolate cake like cookie. It's a thumbs up. I also got a few other flavors, snickers, peanut butter, and my favorite Butter Rasberry. I just missed the bisqoff cookie! 😭 Please, pretty please bring it back onto the menu! 🩷🍪🩷
