Been waiting for crumbl’s dubai chocolate version. And it’s a hit. Topping is excellent with crunchy kataifi and pistachio. Brownie is very basic and tastes like a cake. Somehow it had slightly burnt taste. I tried many Dubai version chocolate and this will definitely stand among the top ones. Price is $8 which is a bit expensive. But I have bought a chocolate bar for $15, so this isn’t bad. They keep getting sold out within 5mins after they make it available. I have seen a lot of people waiting and the people of working super hard to keep up the load. Plenty of parking available.

CRUMBL provides delicious cookies no matter the location. However, this location often has workers on their phones and many people standing around. I’ve been in a couple times (I just left) and no one greets you or helps you with an order if needed. The employees don’t really make eye contact and just stand around or are on their phones until they deliver your order. I’ve never had a problem with my order, I’m just extremely underwhelmed by the service and lack of friendly environment at this location. UPDATE: I’m now lowing my review because of another bad experience at this location. This evening (around 5:30 pm) my family and I went in to get a cookie. However, they were out of 3 flavors. The new menu started yesterday, so I’m flabbergasted as to how this location is already out of three flavors? Shouldn’t a store be prepared for the week ahead? Also, again, out of the 6-7 employees that were “working” there, only one made eye contact and again, no one offered to help with anything. So needless to say, we left and spent our money elsewhere.
