The perfect garden to walk through in the spring. The trees are green, the azaleas and rhododendron plants are in full bloom and some of the perennials are opening up. The water features are fun to explore. Attended the wedding of my son today and just loved the backdrop for the ceremony. Various walking trails, bridges and ponds/lakes to spend time exploring. There were of course ducklings to see swimming with mama duck as they explore the larger areas of the ponds. Exciting and beautiful garden. Worth a trip to wander through.

This park is simply gorgeous! We went in late June and the weather was fantastic. There is a lot of beautiful foliage, incredible water features, gorgeous bridges and walkways, as well as lots of wild life. You almost forget you're in a big city!

This was my first time visiting the gardens and I was completely blown away! The grounds are fairly extensive, and neatly manicured. There are so many variety of rhododendron and azalea, along with other native flora and fauna. There are beautiful contrasts in the colors of the blooms and foliage alike. There were ponds, waterfalls, fountains, open grassy and bench seating areas as well. We witnessed a lot of wildlife as well! Ducks, geese, and even some nutria! Absolutely worth the $9 to have such an enjoyable and peaceful natural spot right here in town.

Beautiful park that offers spacious level paths in an incredibly relaxing environment; even outside of the flowering season for the rhododendrons and azaleas it is a must-see. There are ample areas to sit and take in the nature visually and audibly. Plenty of bird and waterfowl watching areas. Additionally, the restrooms were clean and well stocked with the necessities to get the job done!

a beautiful garden with a peaceful vibe. lots of places to sit, and it’s never too crowded! lots of critters in the area also to see. they offer pay as you wish admission for SNAP card holders, which is such a blessing for me. a huge thank you to the owners for making this accessible!! 🩷 the only downside to this place is the parking lot is small, so plan to carpool and you may have to walk farther to access it from your parking location if you go during busy hours
