For example, I had to check on the directory today and to my surprise, now they're interactive, touch screen, and offer a QR code to get to the store or business you want to go. The bathrooms are consistently filthy—no toilet seat covers, no paper towels, and the air dryers only spread bacteria onto other people’s belongings, food, and drinks. It’s unacceptable, and it seems like management isn’t listening to repeated complaints. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months, and even the windows are showing cracks. While the mall looks nice from afar, it clearly needs significant upkeep. The stores are overpriced for basic brands—Express, for example, which I didn’t even realize was still in business. Most store employees are friendly, but the food court staff often struggle with English, making ordering frustrating. When trying to ask for something extra or clarify an order, some staff appear annoyed rather than helpful. Staff should at least know basic English to assist customers effectively.
