I'm so mad I just waisted my money on 2 chicken strips that are the size of a ketchup packets. SMH do better Dairy Queen. I use to love these chicken strips as a kid but I won't be returning again after this experience.

I was in here yesterday (a Wednesday evening) maybe an hour or two before close. All I ordered was the Superman blizzard that was limited edition for the new movie. Was super excited about it. I get there and order with my partner; the blizzard is literally the only thing we order. We sit waiting for 10 minutes and people come and go and get their orders. It took nearly 20 minutes and us going up to the counter to ask about the status of my Large blizzard only to find out it had been made and literally was melting on the counter. They gave it to me after it was mostly melted but I didn’t start eating it until we had actually left. It was so frustrating because there was literally no one in the building and the workers did not look busy at all. Door dashers were coming in and out as well and they were being served, just not me even though I wasn’t out of view from the counter. The blizzard tasted fine, but obviously had melted. The older lady who realized we hadn’t gotten it yet clearly felt bad, but the younger girl seemed to have zero care :/

The store itself and online says open until 9:30pm on Friday. By 8:40pm, they had turned off the open sign, turned off the DQ sign and the light on the drive thru menu. They took our order but by 9 o’clock, they stopped working the drive thru and ignored people who tried to walk up to the store. It’s not the first time we’ve seen this. There were 3 people working there who clearly tried to deter people from coming for the last hour they were supposed to be open. If you want to close at 8:30, then do it, but don’t have hours that say open until 9:30, have people drive there and employees who clearly don’t want to work past 8:30.

I've been a faithful DQ lover my whole life - tonights service was unacceptable. The service has really gone downhill here. Just 6 months ago, they used to be friendly and fast. I've even left a good review before. The new ladies at the window are terrible and rude. My past two experiences have not been good at all. Tonight I came in to order a blizzard in the drive-thru. They close at 9:30, I came in at 8:15. The car in front of me gave up after waiting too long and pulled away. I sat at the window for another 3 to 4 minutes while no one responded, watching the cars in front of me move forward. I finally gave up and just pulled forward. I get to the window, the young woman looked at me like she was mad. I had ordered a special blizzard and she literally rolled her eyes at me, pulled out the pre-made blizzards from freezer and slammed them down to remind me that I was troubling them. She told the other young lady to make it and give it to me when finished, then walked away. The other young lady gave me the blizzard and gave me a mean stare like I had troubled her. I said Thank You - she also rolled her eyes at me!!! I was nothing but friendly to them. Getting a blizzard is exciting for me. That was the worst DQ experience I've ever had.

I had a great experience at this Dairy Queen today, thanks to Reggie, who was attentive, respectful, and made sure my order matched what I asked for—no pushback, no confusion, just excellent customer service. He handled everything with care and professionalism, which I truly appreciated. I’d also like to recognize his supervisor, Disha, whose leadership was evident. It’s clear she fosters a supportive environment where team members are trusted to do their jobs well and respond to customers thoughtfully. I’ve been a customer at this Dairy Queen for many, many years, and today’s experience reminded me why. Thank you, Reggie and Disha!
