I have been attending the adult Ballroom class on Tuesday nights. The professional Instructor, Denis Generalov, is very skilled and knowledgeable in International Standard Ballroom technique (and also Standard Latin). He is also fluent in both English and Russian. Denis is the best Professional Ballroom dancer in the Austin area and his classes are intended for those with some Dancesport experience, skills, and who are reasonably fit. Many of his students compete and perform in showcase events (amateur and pro-am). Denis also coaches many of the other professional dancers in the area and teaches workshops on specific dances. In addition to being a skilled dancer, Denis has the ability clearly convey the information to his students and he has the patients help them learn these techniques.

Fabulous technique, beautiful studio, wonderful children and parents... The owner is frequently unkind, self-absorbed, talented, petty, self-sacrificing, extremely knowledgeable, demanding...a diva. The teachers know how to properly train a dancer. Dance at this level isn't for sissies.
