The dance classes were fine, my daughter enjoyed going to dance class. However, there are so many discrepancies between the dance to evolve website and forms they pass out to parents and the recreation center. I had so many problems, The recreation site had the class listed for $174 for 9 sessions, while the dance to evolve site said $74, when emailed to clarify I received two emails confirming the $74 cost and was told the recreation center was incorrect, when I expressed my shock at the discrepancy ( since I had paid previously $136 for 7 classes) in the third email I was told dance to evolve made an error. Then when I tried to sign my daughter up for the showcase, I received a form saying 3 people could participate in a family dance and get two tickets, and then when I went to pay it only listed 1 ticket, again incorrect information. I had to ask dance to evolve to honor what they distributed to parents. The people you talk to always have to talk to someone and get back you, which also slows this down. They eventually said they would honor the 3 people and two tickets ( which was printed on the form. Then I received a confirmation email for the showcase to find out that I still need to pay an additional $124. Honestly, after this back and forth over and over again, I don’t see myself recommending or returning to dance to evolve. I didn’t give one star because I think they are trying , but you need to really advocate for yourself and keep all your forms and paperwork in line ( take screenshots etc.) at this point I just can’t say I feel confident.
