They were having some technical issues with the machines and couldn't have been more efficient in trying to resolve it and so apologetic. Coffee and water for the short wait. Very very shady. I would not trust these people and I would check prices and ask for an itemized receipt due to shadiness of workers/owners. Have shopped here in the past and experience was fine. This time they told me they only accept cash and directed me to a Chase with no explanation. My brother was there yesterday and credit card worked fine for him.... They also told me to order online which is what I would suggest you do instead of visiting this store.
