This is a very small skate park. And rather uninteresting. If you have a small or new skateboarder / scooter this might be a great place for you. The playground looks nice and there is a large grassy area to have a picnic, or a badminton game on!

Nice little park. Lovely green grass, skateboard area, and the city added yellow strips to the park side walk.

This park is a block from my dog sitters and right smack in the middle of Rockwood. The elementary school is an intragul part of this neighborhood hosting several fundraisers throughout the school year. The park has gotten a bad rap in years past from the homeless day shelter which used to occupy a bordering property and as much as it was needed for our house less folks in the gresham area it unfortunately closed its doors buy I fwwl like the neighbors were on the fence about it being in the middle of a reside trial neighborhood and adjacent to an elementary school although I don't recall the shelter ever having had any issue. The park itself has been revamped with a skate area and a new play area for the kiddos as well as a fences in area for soccer or hockey practice. There is plenty of parking on each side and a nice path that cuts thru each side so folks can avoid glisan street while walking the pooch. During the school year the fenced in play area has an open gate to play basketball or walk the dog as well as all the usual play structures. It's 20mph and there are camera all around the park so please keep it safe and visit this little gem soon!!

Davis Park is a great friendly neighborhood park. I wish it was bigger though. It’s a great place to go if the weather is nice and you want to have a picnic and eat or relax and read a book. Or if you wanted to bring a lawn chair or air hammock and relax. Maybe read a book. However if you’re looking for a place to go on a walk this isn’t that good of a place. When it comes to skating this is okay for beginners but it’s not enough to really enjoy it. When riding around the sidewalk area I watched someone ride their skateboard over a crack in the pavement and fall flat on their back.
