A spacious and quiet park, with some seating a loads of shade. It was nice to hang out a little while here while we waited for a family member's flight to come into AUS.

This is a great park for kids or if you wanna play basketball with friends. There is a smaller fire engine themed play set for toddlers and a taller play set for the older taller kids. They are working on the bathroom facility still and there is kit bathroom yet available there. One note of caution, although the kids play area is about 100 yards from a busy road, there is no fence between the road and the easement of the park. So, keep an eye on your kids if they like to take off running. Also has a covered gazebo that is an octagon about 40 ft in diameter. It has picnic tables under it although I cannot remember how many. There is also an open grill right next to the gazebo. There is no parking lot for this park. Street parking only.

The City of Austin upgraded the heck out of this park. The playground is brand new as of Feb 2025. There's traditional play and nature play. The City also upgraded the basketball courts.
