Hands down best community, Ownership and training you can get for your money. I joined this gym because I lived in the building above it, good o’l 2016 days. Yet I was introduced to the best DEFINED fit family and friends I’ve yet to know. The vibes here are welcoming, coaches who LOVE to teach you the right way to do what ever you want to achieve and have the patience to walk you through it. Incredible support. Lots of amazing memories. David, Noah and the rest of the coaches have provided me with solid foundation that I took along with me with my journey. No one should have to complain for you to show basic respect—there are quiet hours for a reason. I’m not obligated to speak directly to people who show no respect.
