This is the best place to live!!! I’ve lived here over three years and the management has changed several times before Megan & Lenny! And let me just say that they are so hardworking, kind and generous people!! I had a transfer of apartments and Megan took care of almost literally everything!! I am beyond blessed to have them as our management !! It’s good to live in a great apartment in the best West side!! I 10/10 definitely recommend and would suggest anyone who wants a nice ( even the furnishings inside are new and luxury feeling) home to highly consider living here!!! Thank you Megan And Lenny ❤️❤️❤️ we love you guys

Amazing staff here. I'm new to the area and they have bent over backwards to be helpful and informative. It's not their job to teach me how to get a bus pass, but people literally came out of the office to tell me the closest and easiest places to go. They were also very polite, welcoming, and professional. I was very impressed and with them being one of my first impressions of Seattle, I have felt very welcomed.

I attended a party there, the parking is horrible, the spots are tiny and the CC shares the parking lot with the park so we had to back out of the small lot.and find parking on the street which then you have to walk across the field to. The room in the CC that you.can rent has no AC so it was very hot inside on a sunny day. You get to use the kitchen but it was filled with stuff from the CC so you cant even use the whole thing. If it was me I would not have rented this place. If you go for the park there arw a good amount of options on things to do.

This is a friendly, well staffed community center that does its best to serve the community they are part of. I appreciate that the Rec Leaders and staff are all very helpful in getting what you need done, or if you have any questions about Parks and Recreation Programs. One thing I definitely appreciate about this place is the fact that they provide free showers to the homeless population, and by extension, anyone else who might need it, free of charge. It is a noble service severely lacking in the majority of Seattle Today.

Love this place. Here they have community free showers M-F 1 pm - 6 pm. the playground is fabulous not just for kids because it has a circuit training for fitness with an app information on how to correctly do the exercises. In the summer there is a wading pool for the little ones or the big ones if you need to cool off. There are park benches located all over and great spots for picnicking. I find my serenity there to do my devotions or just read a book or I just take on the natural beauty of it all. Oh did I mention it has a skate park connected to it. Great fun for family, friends to hang out or just to be alone. they also have all kinds of classes and camps for all ages including our seniors. Which I am one of.
