I've driven past this shop a myriad of times and always wondered how good they were. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about my bevel requirements on my old school tele skis, they fit me in on my tight schedule. The tune turned out great and I'm really happy I found a great little local ski/bike shop. Thanks for being so nice.

These guys got two of my bikes in right away during the busy spring season, had them tuned up perfectly at over half the cost of another company we were going to use. Plus they gave me a cash discount. Great, quick, personalized service!

Denver Bike and Ski Repair is the epitome of an amazing local storefront. Nick and the crew do what they do because they love it, and it comes off to their customers right away. They're easy to get a hold of, transparent on pricing, and do great work. We've had our skis and bikes serviced with them multiple times and have always been happy with the results. Couldn't recommend more highly!

So I had a good experience the first time I went there but a really lousy one this second time. The first time I went in for a tune/wax and got a stomp pad mounted. Since then I’ve boarded about five times and the adhesive for the stomp pad came off. So I took it in on Saturday for a tune and a replacement stomp pad, at which point I informed them I needed the board by Wednesday and was told it’d be ready Monday. I got a text Monday indicating that the pad wouldn’t be in until Thursday and called to reiterate I needed the board by Wednesday. I then called this am (Wednesday) and was told that the board still wasn’t ready and they still needed to scrape it - at this time I was informed that it’d be ready by 3:00. When I got there at 3:10 the board was poorly scraped. The person working said he was told it was a rush job and that someone was very eager to pick it up. He did fix it while I was waiting. But here’s the thing - clearly they weren’t listening when I spoke with them nor paying attention to the ticket that said it was a Monday pickup. I also am supposed to go back in to get the stomp pad that was not well mounted. Just a very unfortunate experience as it’s a local shop and I’d like to go there and be comfortable referring additional business to them.

Would not recommend. I dropped my bike off 6 weeks ago and knew it was time for the dropper post to be rebuilt which they confirmed. I was told they’d get it rebuilt then contact me when it was ready. I didn’t hear anything back and when I reached out yesterday that’s the first time they tried to fix it saying they could send it off to be done locally. What were they doing the past 6 weeks?? I can’t imagine relying on this place to services bike in riding season with any sense of confidence. While they blamed it on Fox for warranty issues, the first they asked about what year it was to see if it was recall eligible was yesterday, so it clearly was sitting there for 6 weeks collecting dust. Tried to keep business at a small shop, but very disappointed. Picked up my bike and will take my business elsewhere.
