Very large botanical gardens with lots to explore. They have over 10 different areas to see and the weather is really nice. Lots of seating areas all around with shade and also some options to seat under the sun on a nice day. They have both indoor and outdoor spaces to see so if it's getting hot outside, you have plenty of places with air conditioning to stop by.

My grandson, my mother, and I love this place. The children's playground is beautiful and has a small stream where the kids can get wet and play with the water. The garden area is spectacular. My mother delights in seeing such a variety of flowers and plants everywhere. This garden is enormous. I always leave early so my mother and grandson can enjoy the whole day. They have a cafeteria where they sell delicious bread and coffee, sandwiches, and salads. Everything is beautiful, and the service is friendly.

What a lovely escape in the city! The Denver Botanic Gardens is a great place to get away from the busy streets. I really enjoyed walking through all the different areas, ,watching humming birds, butterflies and all unique colorful plants and roses. Everything is so well cared for, and it feels very peaceful. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, which makes it a little less quiet. Still, it's an absolute must-visit for nature lovers and a gem in the Cheesman Park neighborhood.
