Difficult to shop here. I was looking for clothes in the men's section. The items are not organized well at all. I was looking for work and casual shirts. I was looking in the section for my size of shirt, but they were all mixed up. I it's frustrating when I find a shirt that is in the correct section, to get excited about it, to only then realize it's not my size. Please organize your clothing! I get that this is a thrift store. But I've been to other DI stores that have their clothes organized in the correct sections.

I've been shopping here for years, but recently the prices of items have doubled and tripled. Savers is half the price for similar items. Whoever is setting prices needs to cut them in half. 75.00 for a used toaster oven? 60 dollars for computer memory worth less than 10. Lamps are all 8 dollars or more, when at goodwill and Savers lamps are 4. Please fix the pricing.

Manager of this shows bias towards regulars. I was with my 5 year old and one of the regulars was threatening an other customer because he worked there. The man was very aggressive and was threatening the man who works at this do. The manager kicks out the supposed employee. I do not know either but could tell who the aggressor was. I had to explain to my 5 year old that man is an adult bully. Gentleman don’t act like that. If you are upset handle it an appropriate way not by violence. We Won’t come back

Found too many good books and a few cute/comfortable exercise bottoms. I also met two employees who spoke French, which was fun!

Worst experience I've had today. The staff is usually super sweet but ANGELINA on the cashier was super super rude to us. Told us not to put in the pin number and when we were confused she shoved the (very small) text next to the terminal in our faces. VERY rude. We did nothing wrong and had one item in our cart. I've never written a bad review but this interaction had me leaving the store very upset.
