They seem to try to carry items they offer online, but locating them is a different story. We came looking for a pair of shoes they would not hold for us or send to another store. After 15 minutes of them looking for the shoes, they located the box. Then we were told the shoes were on a manikin. After more waiting, the shoes they would not hold for us that were advertised as being in the store did not exist. We drove across town to show up and there were no shoes. BUT, Brett, the manager, made things right. It was a wait, but we definitely felt the holiday spirit.

Service in the shoe department is atrocious. Went in to buy some pickleball shoes. Took almost 10 minutes to get some help. The sales guy scanned the bar code for the shoes I wanted and the inventory software showed that they were in stock. He went in the back and 15 minutes later finally reappeared to say that he couldn’t find them. I asked him to try a different color. Again disappeared for almost 15 minutes and again came back to say that he couldn’t find the shoes. Tried again with a different brand. Same result. So I basically wasted almost an hour without even trying on a pair of shoes much less purchasing.

I had a bad experience this morning. I went to the store to buy some pants. When I was ready to check out I headed over to the line where it was empty so I was excited to get checked out and be on my way. When I got to the front there were 3 employees having a conversation. Two of them looked at me and still proceeded with the conversation. The time was 11:25 I was wearing a white shirt and hat. The older blond lady looked to be management but nothing was done. I waited u til they finished there convo and finally got called up. Really disappointed at the service I got. I couldn’t believe I was just ignored like that. Hopefully they pull cameras and they talk to the three employees that ignored me. This happened on Sunday 6/15/25 and the time was 11:25am-11:27am.
