I went in looking for a new pair of shoes and their run ambassador Lori was a great help. She was very educated on every shoe and even the structure of my foot. She didn’t try to pressure me into any specific shoe or price point. I’d highly recommend going here if you need new sneakers!

I needed to replace a pair of polyester workout pants, but the internet couldn't show me what I wanted. I went to Dick's. I showed a salesperson what I was looking for. This person must have been a sales manager because she summoned another person to show me around the Huge store. This person led me right to the Agility Straight pants which fit the bill. She then led me to the other items on my list. What a pleasant and productive shopping experience.!

had the worst experience with a return. the manager Colton was very rude, and wasn't able to solve the issue. I had to contact t customer service and she was able to get my receipt which another nice staff member was able to help me. Colton should not be a manager here. He does not have empathy, and is very rude.

Found an item on sale - confirmed the price with an employee. Drove 40 minutes round trip to come back the next day to purchase and was told the item had been “mis-marked” and the price was not honored. Escalated to a manager who also would not honor what the employee had stated.

This location is hit or miss depending on what you go in for. Service varies largely by department. Some of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, some are not helpful at all, and some departments are just perpetually absent of anyone even around. Shoes are pretty good, as is the outdoor clothing department. Firearms and camping are usually a crapshoot. Worth stopping by because of the huge two story location and very large selection, but it's probably best to have a good idea of what you need before going.
